Job description

Quality Specialist's mission is to guarantee the expected quality level of all products of the Category assigned, and ensure that final customer and market expectations are fulfilled; this is deployed by establishing proper interaction with field and markets, and by identifying and driving execution of proper improvement actions, working with partners of the different functions involved.

Daily activities:

Actively monitor and deep dive KPI’s for the category, by analyzing field complaints data related to them
Organize and lead regular reviews with Central Service and countries to assess field performance
Participate in warehouse audits to monitor Quality level of products and identify areas of improvement
Regularly monitor internal and sourced production Quality indicators to identify areas of improvement
Organize and lead the weekly Quality meetings with all partner functions (Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement) to discuss field issues and track progress of Quality Improvement action plan
Setup and manage the Improvement Action Plan for all products of this brand
Lead Quality activities inside New Product Development projects for the assigned Category
Setup and lead Quality monitoring for New Products of this brand during ramp-up
Provide regular Quality Reporting and communication for the Category assigned according to team guidelines
Support specific Quality reviews with leadership

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
Fluent English
Experience in a similar function (1-3 years)
Nice to have: 6 sigma, failure analysis
Skills: Problem solving, project management, MS Office
